How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ePartStores (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

took 4 days to pay for it - kept not accepting our payments but finally got it to accept and it was to my door in 6 days from California to Ohio- so pretty good there and it was packed good and we had to do some minor assembling nothing to crazy- got it running and riding and it has good pick up I prefer it in the number 2 speed 1 is a little to slow for me - this is my 2nd scooter and I will say you can never ride your scooter with only one hand you need to keep both hands on it at all times - if you take your hand off to scratch your face or fix your hat you will most likely get the wobbles and wipe out - it takes off fast then evens out and in the 3rd speed I had it up to 73 mph no problem I have not hit the turbo and 2 motor mode so really it has 4 speeds - so it was a great price and so far I am very satisfied and it is a well made strong heavy duty scooter well worth the price and a super price at that-

Love it. Arrived within 8 days. FAST AF. NOT FOR CHILDREN.... You have removed the pole piece under the seat to make it fit. Came with tools but you would need to be careful the Allen wrenchs are not that Good. Came with free pair of brakes. Arrived with zero dents on the box. I would consider any Adult to Purchase it. It needs a Stabalizer on the Steering when going over 35.. Thanks

This scooter is sold under 2 brands. Arwibon, Lovlivi. Good. 3 modes (1. 16mph 2. 16-38 3. 39-50+) materials are all metal, it should be durable. It goes very fast on mode 2. and too fast on mode 3. It has 2 smalls wheels at the bottom for easy transporation. The lowest priced offroad scooter with 60v27ah battery. Brakes are great but may need adjusting. Bad 11" tire has no PSI indicator, i think it should be 50psi. throttle is not smooth, especially at low speed. stem bar have a little wobble and at high speed, this could be danger. uncomfortable accelerators placement and the handle bar is none adjustable. (height is adjustable) Big screen is pretty much useless, there is no bluetooth or app to connect this scooter to. It's extremelly hard to lift this scooter up, it's 90lb, however, there are tiny wheels for easy transportation.

Unit arrived very quick being shipped from US stock. Packing was kind of bad as the styrofoam was of the poorest quality and disintergrated into pieces large and small and clung to everything plastic. Had some missing and bad parts which was addressed by shipper. This thing is a beast, beefy, heavy and huge! There really isn't any installation or operating instructions for the unit and what little sheets that came is not very helpful. I did buy it for the seat option and it was very much needed with how much bucking the throttle put out. Ended up putting it in single motor mode and using gear 2 to feel somewhat "safe" to operate. It's definitely NOT a toy so don't let people "borrow" tp try it out unless they're somewhat experienced with one. Even if you set the gear to 1, it can kick up to 20 mph. You've been warned. The shock absorbers are a nice touch to have compared to the regular scooters, your joints will thank you.
Sending you down the road at up to 45mph has never been this affordable. If you want to be able to keep up with city traffic Instead of being buzzed by, I would recommend a 60volt scooter such as this. of course this comes with its flaws but because of such a low price, most can be easily overlooked. the "death wobble" seems to be over exaggerated because I haven't lost control a single time . these buyers that claim death wobble must not be familiar with the handling characteristics of escooters-you just don't take your hands off the handlebars and you'll be fine.. I think if you put some decent street tires on this, it might help in almost every aspect from handling to braking. I only give this thing 4 stars because the big screen speedometer reads wrong and you aren't able to change it . So it is kinda useless except to look cool. Overall I don't think there is another scooter out there that can currently match the gt08 in value. Get it while it lasts .

The scooter is amazing. The only issue is the seat tube is cheap and a bit narrow, but I can easily fix that.

I love this scooter 🥰 I had a problem with the pole being stuck but it was an easy fix. My husband help me with my scooter. Really fast and kind of scary honestly so make sure you have a helmet on.
This Scooter is Awesome, I weigh 172 lbs and I go up to 47 mph 8 miles both ways to work without charging. I'm 99 percent satisfied though The seat poste is damaged and you can't change the speedometer from km to mph on the main screen even though it says mph it only changes the the smaller side screen.

Amazing scooter really fast!! Heavy asfk tho😭😭 everything works be careful it does death wobble tho bc the speed but other then the handle grips hurting my palm switching them out with odi grips comes with charge and charger. The store seller very helpful and on it to your needs keep me updated 4 days straight took 3 days to get to my house in LA they ship from Fontana. I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase currently in the process of making the whole cooter black for a aggressive look
love to ride it to work. saves gas. 20 to 40 miles before empty battery power. 20 ish if you "floor it" of course I do! got seat on. rigged a basket to shop at Walmart or Kroger so I don't need to waste gas

I haven’t ridden it yet . Battery has to finish charging. But to my surprise everything that is described in the advertisement came with the scooter. And an actual users manual that was written in understandable language. The tools , the battery charger everything you need to assemble, charge and maintain was provided in excellent new quality. Took me an hour to assemble.. No guessing about anything.. The controller was basically programmed except for my mph and soft/ hard start . The light options allow you to turn on off the carriage lights and the front led lights are customizable too.
I am incredibly happy with this electric scooter. I absolutely believe it is the best value on the market! I could not be more displeased with customer service. I was lied to and can prove it in regards to when it would be shipped. In the end it was shipped days AFTER the latest estimated delivery date. Once shipped it did arrive in near perfect condition. The scooter is very powerful even on its lowest and slowest settings. I wish it had a slower or gentler acceleration at first. It has a lot of torque immediately even with the gentlest touch on the throttle. You do get used to it eventually.
This scooter is everything and more! so far it is a champion! I did have an issue when I unpacked it, when I took the tape off , a piece of orange plastic was with it. I later discovered it was damaged underneath. I think it was the shipping companies fault though. I love this scooter. I chose not to install the seat because I'm not used to one on my scooter.
It arrived on the stated date, it comes with super strong packaging. Now I'm going to test it and see if I like it. At first, he is very handsome and seems to be very strong
